Healthy Health Secrets
About This Site

We read the fine print before we recommend anything.

Healthy Health Secrets exists because most product pages in this space are written by the people selling the product. We do something different: we actually check.

What "checking" means here

Before anything gets a page on this site, someone reads the vendor's actual claims, looks for the study or trial being cited, and checks whether it says what the marketing says it says. That sounds basic. It's also the step most comparison sites skip.

In practice, that process has led us to drop products, not just recommend them. We've walked away from offers after finding an unreconciled contradiction in a vendor's own guarantee language, an inflated statistic traced back to a study that measured something much smaller, and — twice — a "mechanism" that turned out to carry a real, undisclosed cancer-risk pattern in legitimate biology. When that happens, we say so and move on, rather than publish a page anyway.

What you'll find on a typical page

Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing here should replace a conversation with a real, licensed clinician — especially for anything involving a prescription. We link to real studies and registries (like ClinicalTrials.gov) wherever a claim can be checked against one, but "we checked the evidence" is not the same thing as "this is the right choice for you."
