Healthy Health Secrets is an independent research and review publication. We investigate supplements, telehealth services, and health-related products, and publish what we find. We are not a medical provider, a pharmacy, a clinic, or a substitute for one.

Nothing on this site — including any Investigation page, Review page, comparison chart, downloadable guide, or worksheet — is medical advice, and none of it is a substitute for care from a licensed physician or other qualified clinician. Content here reflects our own research into publicly available studies, vendor claims, and regulatory filings at the time of writing. Always talk to a licensed clinician before starting, stopping, or changing any medication or supplement, regardless of what any page on this site says.

Product research on this site can become outdated — formulations change, studies get retracted or superseded, and vendors update their own claims. We update pages when we become aware of a material change, but we don't guarantee that every page reflects the current state of a product at the moment you're reading it.

You're welcome to read, share, and link to this site's pages. You may not:

Republish, scrape, or reproduce substantial portions of our content elsewhere without permission.
